Floorade is a special, pro-bono consulting project by James-All.red with the purpose of providing flooring stores with sustainable, increased sales. This objective will be accomplished through development and implementation of a Floorade Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) system specifically for your business.
Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) is defined in the name - integration of all marketing communications activities (market research, advertising, public relations, direct marketing, personal selling, and sales promotion) to create a consistent, coherent, continuous, and complementary marketing message which permeates every aspect of the practicing business. To sum it up, IMC creates sustained business success by ensuring teamwork and synergy across all external business communications.

Along the way I earned a bachelors degree in Marketing Communications from Brigham Young University (BYU) and a Masters in Business Administration from Utah State University. Based on my experience and education I am uniquely qualified to provide your business with fully-customized IMC consulting, planning, and implementation.
I am your Intermountain Wood Flooring representative as well as the founder and sole operator of Floorade IMC. Implementation of Floorade IMC into your business is comprised of the following steps:
Meetings 1 and 2 as well as meetings 2, 3 and 4 can potentially be consolidated into two meetings. Meetings 1 and 2 must be in person while all others can be in person or remote.
All expenses will be billed to the Intermountain dealer by each individual vendor – media outlet, printer, graphic designer, etc. You will never be billed by Floorade IMC. Floorade IMC does not receive kickbacks or compensation from any vendors.
I studied IMC at BYU from 1997 to 2002 when IMC was just becoming the recognized “new” practice among marketers. I then practiced IMC in several roles (ad agency, language service company, & online education) from 2002 to 2006 before devoting my career to sales in the flooring industry.
IMC has since become the proven marketing methodology with universities, marketing agencies, and corporations fully embracing this approach for the past two decades. Having worked in the flooring industry since 2006 as a factory and distributor sales representative, I have observed and interacted with hundreds of flooring dealers across the Western half of the US.
During that time, I have also maintained my IMC skills/interests and am now in a unique position to partner more closely with a very small group of flooring retailers and help them to apply proven IMC practices to their businesses.
The sole intention of Floorade IMC is to provide your business with sustainable, increased sales by teaching you IMC practices, implementing them into your business, and then ensuring long-term adherence to these practices until they become part of your business culture.
